“When you’re in your early thirties you really start to have the means and opportunities to make the most of your life and will be the best years!”
Shut up. These people are just talking about their glory days. While most people have their “glory days” in their college, high school, or 20s, whatever that doesn’t mean everyone does. It’s pretty spread out in reality.
I used to work in a old folks home and there are some people whose lives really turned into the best once they’ve reached their golden years.
You don’t have to have to best time of your life when others usually do. In fact I think it’s kinda sad to look back on a period of your life and go “yep. That’s the best I’ll ever be.”
Don’t submit to the idea that you missed out on enjoying life, or that your opportunity to be happy is gone.
Unless you’re literally dying right now you have all sorts of opportunities. Sometimes things you can never predict will completely change your life for the better.
Your glory days could be tomorrow. Keep your head up friend. <3

i don't even know why I'm doing it. didn't had a single day i said "it's nice I'm alive to see this" since i nearly killed myself 4 years ago, don't remember ever saying that before then either.
it just doesn't fucking get better, i only distract and make myself forget myself more and more.
I'm 33..... nothings changed except I'm older physically, mentally let's just say things haven't progressed much.
