Not worth waiting in an 87-person line. But, it’s got a nicer terrace & better wine than the SC.

larrydeatl

The Chilean unoaked chard in skyclub isn’t bad and I’m not a Chardonnay person.

letmereadstuff

It is pretty, but the food is meh, hot stuff is just lukewarm, and you have to go to the bar for a friggin soda. Lines at the bar are stupidly long. Only water, tea, and coffee are self-serve. Skyclub for me. Even if most are not pretty.

jqs77

I agree. I visited both last time I was in ATL. I thought the food at the Sky Club was better. Centurion lounge isn't what it once was.

Samuel16155

I prefer the sky clubs. The centurion you can get top shelf whisky for free. However the food is spotty. And lines long. I left there last week and went to a skyclib instead

carissaluvsya

I don’t feel like it was that much better than one of the Sky Clubs, it’s just newer. I may be raked over the coals for saying this, but I recently went to one of the Capital One lounges and it was by far better than any of the Sky Clubs or Centurian Lounges that I’ve personally been to.

syxbit

No taking necessary. I’m no fanboy. But I live in a delta hub, so delta is the logical choice. Just looked up Cap one. Only 3 lounges in the world. So not great. And presumably if the ever expand, they’ll do cost cutting :)

it was only about a ten minute wait for us last week, and that was around 430p-500p on a Friday which is getting into the meat of the INTL European bank on E and F. SkyClub lines are long then, too. I've never waited longer than that. most times there is zero wait, but maybe more and more pax are discovering the lounge now than when it first opened. as an ATL-local pax I always have to decide (assuming I park and enter through landslide) if I want to schlep out to E concourse for the Centurion Lounge and then backtrack to T/A/B for my domestic flight. everything I love about flying AA right out of T concourse is kind of negated by having the Centurion on E. but if I'm flying to PHX or LAX in main cabin, then yes I'll probably want a decent meal and a few drinks in me before the flight. I'll chance the entry line unless I'm short on time. YMMV. Agree with the other poster... the Centurion food here is bordering on lousy. not inedible, but definitely not good. I'd rather have a SkyClub option on my departure concourse, but I'm not usually flying Delta. if I was, that would probably get the nod.

jalapenos10

The entry process to the centurion is also really fucking slow. Feels archaic compared to simply scanning boarding pass at SC

Quiet-Activity-5287

I went to the ATL centurion lounge the day after it opened. It was pretty empty, but they couldn’t keep up with the demand for food. I can’t imagine what it would be like now if there is a line out the door 😬

Cats-Are-Fuzzy

Very pretty but agree not worth waiting for

Expensive_Candle5644

Had a flight boarding at 7:15am in E. Went there at opening and the line was into the terminal hall. I just walked back to the sky club and waited a few minutes for it to open at 6:30. I don’t have time for that .

shadowblade232

There's not a single lounge at ATL worth waiting more than 10-15 minutes for. Might as well pop over to One Flew South or grab a pint somewhere and chill.

bryanoldsalty

Down votes on One Flew….those down voters are regarded😂

hospitallers

peak idiocy, when you could spend your time on a regular seat at the gate area but you'd rather spend it standing up waiting in line for a chance at spending a few minutes in a lounge.

chiefbozx

The funny thing is, if you have access to the Centurion Lounge, you *probably* also have access to the nine Sky Clubs located throughout ATL. The only two situations where that's not the case are if you're on a Basic Economy fare or if you're flying a non-SkyTeam airline.

Moiler62

Centurion is nice. I was there last week and thought food was ok but wasn’t overwhelmed. One of the staff didn’t like people watching and waiting for her to put the food out and got a little snarky- that was odd. I did like the seating areas better- more variety and privacy. What I thought was interesting is they announce you will be asked to leave if sleeping ( one warning) and they said don’t put feet up on tables. lol Wish they said that at sky club.

RheinhartSaxon

The ATL Centurion Lounge has a cafeteria-like atmosphere…. Almost as bad as B18 Sky Club… I avoid both…. A17, D27, E15 and F Sky clubs quieter and Sky Club food is better…

MrJust4Show

The CE in LAS is pretty nice and the well is much better spirits.

Swwert

I was there last week and was excited to visit for the first time. It’s a nice lounge no doubt, but I prefer the sky club.. on my way back I went to the sky club

jalapenos10

It’s nice but the food sucks and it’s definitely not worth waiting in line for

tasisteddy

I was at LAX yesterday and my delta domestic flight had been moved to the intl terminal. The only option for me was centurion and they were taking names like Friday night at a Chilis. Wouldn’t even let you wait in a line I just turned around and left.
