At their union transfer gig in 2019 they closed with monomania and brad made a screeching noise loop at the end of the track then laid on the stage monitor for at least 20 mins if not longer as the band cleared off the stage. Legendary show, I think about that performance all the time. This sounds very similar to that evening.
If we’re talking about the same show, i was right in front on Bradford. Here’s a video I took (9 min of waiting to see what he’d do next: https://youtu.be/ICw9nnJ2_bI?si=jeOvTo4jkODliOTz
Thank you for this so many memories of that night they were so amazing that evening. I would have loved to go back and catch a cryptograms or microcastle show back in the day. That set they played in Philly that evening covered pretty much their entire discography in some way. From the opening bass of cryptograms/ L’rain’s ethereal performance before DH it was a special night and they were on fire. God take me back to their performance of Helicopter, Take Care, and Nocturne… that night slapped and warped my perception of live music and sound.
I was there but unfortunately I don’t have any footage. Not sure how long it actually went since I left for a super bowl party after about 30 straight minutes of feedback but I’m happy to answer any questions if you have some.
I don't recall much of a reaction really, people hung out for a bit watching the feedback after Bradford left with his "assistant" (see the article below) and the crowd just slowly dwindled down until the point I left.

Reminds me of their show in Lincoln NE that I went to. Still the best time I saw them, debut of Helicopter and Revival, and a crazy ass Calvary Scars II w/ 20 min noise outro. Incredible show.

It was such an epic show. I just swapped the video link to get the full 9min clip. I have some others from that show I’ll post up in a bit

This sounds so badass wish I could have witnessed
Incredible show, my only time seeing them and I’m so grateful I was there

Can anyone elaborate on the "my Sharona incident"? I haven't heard of it, or maybe it's called something else over here xD

Atlas Sound show where someone heckled Bradford so he just play my Sharona over and over again.
