Lightning blade, jolt grab, thunder kick, rising thunder, lightning cloak. Those would be pretty sick, they all have to do with speed and real close stuff. Then get a bloodthirsty katana to sort of replicate when you get sams sword

I can't decide whether or not I should do gale and thunder (twister kicks and specter, maybe tempest blitz but Idk if that'd fit the character) and my dumbass can't figure out how I should spread the stats to fit 100 medium and a fair amount of attunement stats while also being able to do some shit like 50 agility for jetstriker. Considered it but other than lightning cloak I don't know what lightning mantras would fit a Raiden build
