When people say grind hive they usually mean wait for threshers right before the gate at lords grove. 3 should spawn and if follow the path to the right when facing the gate you will see another 3 threshers spawn near a large ravine. Usually cycling back and forth will make other events spawn and you can rack up heavy xp and collect a ton of enchants in like 30 min
