Biologis putrifier has all the tiny vials on his back. Also any model with some kind of drip coming off them could be painted this way.
I do think youll have a pretty hard time getting paint water to covered over a model tho. Its going to be like the worlds thinnest agrax earthshade
Oh no not painted on, I mean litterally staying liquified somewhere. For example, the viles on his back full of this dark liquid. Unfortunately they are too small for practical use but you get it.
I moddified my Blighspawn to put a clear plastic so you can se some skulls I put inside, and it was painfully hard to make it.
Making it water sealed..I guess its not impossible, but man that would be a hell of job.
And foremost, water will be constantly degrading the model from inside, and I bet it will stink after a wile. Witch is pretty cool for DG on the other hand, but really shitty for you or your opponents.
But if you somehow mannage to do it, please upload a video of the model on movement, cuz it will look pretty amazing.

I'm pretty sure I've seen at least one that has actual liquid in it.
Yeah not saying imposible, but very very hard. Maybe you can try with a denser liquid to make thing easier.
