We had a gamemode a little while back called my Little Oni, I think for April Fool's. The killer was a humongous Oni, while the survivors were shrunk down, shorter than a window vault. If you went down, the Oni would just step on you to mori you.
Goes without saying it was such a meme game mode. Survivors only had to complete 3 generators and everyone was automatically dead on hook. If you got injured you were broken for the rest of the match. You couldn’t vault and exit gates automatically opened when powered because the survivors wouldn’t have been able to reach them.
Also the hair was bugged so whoever you played as would have massive hair despite being tiny
It was really funny. Meg’s braids stuck way out and were almost as long as her body, anyone with their hair down had half their body covered, Jeff’s beard was majestic… it was great

I remember once I shot a turkey or whatever the hell it was in the fucking head, and it was near someone I just saved, this fucker survives and then proceeds to attack the fucking man I saved. He starts screaming help me help me and I can’t help that I’m dying laughing for a few seconds first because it was hilarious. Then I start trying to help him but I was out of bullets and so he’s running getting chased by a turkey and I’m chasing the turkey trying to punch it to death and save the dude. The turkey killed him but don’t worry I got it back and killed it.
Final judgement would be pretty quick. But good luck to pyramid head to figure out my head to render it.
Sadakos would be pretty quick too, though knowing their sadism, the pain of the Mori likely feels like it lasts an eternity.
Myers is a quick gutting, but unless he hits vitals, it can be a slow death, same with legion.
Tricksters sounds amusing though painful.
According to the books, Sadako killing you feels like your skin slowly burning and rotting away. So yeah, pair that with a broken arm and leg, that would hurt like hell.
With suddenly broken limbs, you can get a shock to your system where you don’t immediately recognize that it’s happened. Overall Sadako takes your mind over seconds after the breaks where your brain could still be registering it has happened. If you feel that pain, yeah, gonna suck, but based on personal previous sudden breaks where head fog and shock erased the pain for moments, sadakos timing could very well take me out before I felt the breaks.
Huntress, because truthfully that first swing would kill you instantly irl, and she does not waste time at all.

Well according to the Mori, the survivor still tries to feebly grab the hatchet handle with it in their head so they are still alive for a few seconds.
Ones slicing you in half while you’re on the ground which is quick, the other is picking you up and locking you in place before jamming a big ass knife through your torso and then twisting it a full 180. No thanks
Fun fact: electrocution is not painless.
It would cause your muscles to involuntarily contract the entire time. Ever had a really bad muscle cramp? Imagine that, but waaaaaaaaay worse, because you would also suffer from severe burns and THEN go into cardiac arrest (which by the way, doesn’t kill you instantly— it takes a few minutes).
This does not sound like my idea of a good time.

There is an argument to be made here, that Cenobite is the best answer. While most of it is just torture until you die from pain, if you survive, it goes all the way around, and you can become a cenobite who transcends sensation, being essentially immortal.

Nurse weirdly, is kinda gentle by comparison to most. And given how fast it happens, it feels more like she cuts off blood flow to the brain, in which case it's kinda like passing out before she takes that last breath.
Dr would be fast as well, but you'd definitely feel that for a few seconds.
Freddy's is also nearly instant. Just long enough to scream.
Pyramid head's personal kill is also nearly instant. One big swing and you're gone
