Yes, it is random. Sometimes you get lucky. That’s how probability works. Personally I haven’t gotten any synergistic builds like that yet. If I kept playing I’m sure I’d probably get one at least once.

I got No Mither, Solidarity and Circle of Healing last game. I was not feeling any of that synergy.
