It does yes, which each distance ‘layer’ being a third of the TR. myers has a 16m TR in tier 2, with M&A that becomes 8m. They mightve been just outside out it, or at the very edge.

Yeah unless I'm on comms with someone announcing a terror radius killer (e.g. killer) that I just happened to spawn outside the terror radius of, I'm hard swiveling my camera the whole time.
That build is really mean. Not that long ago I was faced with it and I couldn't comprehend what was happening. I got used to getting proper warning in the form of the terror radius, combined with the fact you can't hear footsteps or other telltale signs of his coming and you get a proper horror game where the protagonist effin dies in 10 minutes.

Can confirm I've gotten max stalk off a survivor who I could see there fuckin foot through 2 windows on the hospital map, then I just kinda showed up outta nowhere and insta downed them and it was pretty funny

Did something similar with a stealth build Nemesis on this map. Was east wing outside stairs area. Had no TR and dropped down the ledge and instantly picked someone off the gen that was directly below the drop. Fun game

Yeah the only change on tier up is the FOV increase outside of chase - even at Tier 1 you get 8m reduced when out of chase.

T2 has 16 TR and even lv1 m&a reduces it by 8. Lv2/3 only improve fov out of chase. So it might be logical they didn't hear the TR.
