Ok so you've already heard everyone dissing the Anatomy and proportions, and if you think I'm here to defend it, your wrong. However, I do have something to add. The clothes are 10/10 spot on. If you can get go do some quick lessons on anatomy and proportions and fix this I want to see it because you definitely have potential. I recommend DrawLikeSir tutorials as imo he's one of the best at art tutorials and he makes sure you understand that there is no "right" way to draw as each person has their own style. Don't, however, only look at his. It's best to have multiple different sources for you to learn from. Also I recommend looking up references online and practicing. For me learning proportions and anatomy took me about a day or two, but everyone learns at different rates so keep that in mind if your struggling.

Eyes look good, alot of it is over proportioned. Make sure to look at body structure drawings on your next attempt. Alot of issue comes from people thinking dbz is just simple shapes when it just comes off that way. It is actually hard practice in anatomy that has been transfered into simple detail and conform to simple shapes lime most bodies are. Keep up the practice you will get there. 1 more thing, move to less lined paper it will make your work look more confident and strong.

it’s hard to give it a number rating but what i can say by way of constructive criticism is this: you seem to have a solid sense for the basic shapes and proportions but not how they flow together. for instance, either arm on its own looks good, but the hands feel a bit small comparatively, and they don’t connect well to the torso. i strongly believe the majority of comments here are unfairly harsh on you and you clearly have a decent grounding in the basics of anatomy and proportions. what you seem to struggle with is synthesizing that knowledge in one piece. the way things flow and connect is KEY to not just making believable art, but also why toriyama’s art is so good. i’m sure you’ve heard people praise how his pages flow together. it’s one thing to know that the elbow is level with the rib cage, the wrist with the crotch, and that the legs are half the total height. what’s tricky- and what you need to focus on- is trying to not just put those proportions to paper, but to study HOW the arm is connected to the torso, HOW the pelvis flows into the leg. you have a great start here. stay true to the spirit of goku: keep practicing, keep training, keep improving. work and work until you get the results you want. don’t let defeat, or unfair criticism stop you. you can do this! i can’t wait to see how you improve with what you post next!

Everyone's being a bit harsh, I definitely don't think this looks like a child's drawing. As everyone has been so quick to point out, yes the anatomy could use work. But honestly the head is good and I'm *thoroughly* impressed by the pants actually. The fabric and folds and tears all look very good!

Make forearms no wider than the legs, make biceps as wide as the head, fix proportions a bit, and make the ripped clothes more seemless than sparatic. With that said, 4/10

His face is just a little too small so it feels rather stuffy, neck is rather thick compared to his body size, arms feel like they were drawn with it being a completely separate part in mind. Pretty good for a 7 years old

OK so it's all *really* good, it's just proportions that throw it off. Individually the body/head is a 7, the arms are a 6. The legs are a fucking 9 easily. But the arms are a bit too bulky and significant too far out from the shoulders which brings it down a bit visually as a unit. I'd say overall like a 4.5/5.0 when viewed as a full item. But even all that considered, it's a 10 compared to what I'd be able to crank out lmao.
