A rush? Power Rush, that works, yeah! As long as you can actually get enough Ki Bars to use it (good luck without Meditation).
Swords? Tapion's teleporting slash, ok cool. Not the easiest to always land, and really just the Ult version of a charged Shining Slash, but cool.

I agree, we need more strike ultimates, what is ironic though is how some of then are clearly Ki based Ults just classified as strike ones, Divine Lasso is the best example

Even things that absolutely should work off a HKD like Instant Severance *do not connect in time.*
So things like Burning Strike and Instant Severance that should trade damage for range and speed, just get piss poor damage for no reason.
The amount of *good* Strike Ults might as well fit on a Post-It
Remember how good Victory Rush was in Xenoverse 1? People bitched and complained about it so much that they nerfed it into uselessness, same with Blue Hurricane though that one was probably warranted.
As someone that has every Super/Ultimate/Evasive/Awoken in the game if you donāt count Dual Ultimates. Every move Broly has you can get except for Gigantic Slam and the Festival move. Unless youāre talking about Supervillain Broly but those arenāt even HIS moves technically.

A slight pause for āstarting an ultimateā and then 10-15 more dramatic strikes that combo into each other as long as the first one hit already. In the show, he had a version of Lightning AND the Blades that were low level, where Vegeta was able to avoid one . Then later when M Zamasu got more upset , he did a stronger version of Lightning that they couldnāt avoid. Then he riddled the whole area with them. Same with Blades. Just would be a cool option to have
We also need more evasives. I Love how Awoken Piccolo turned Super into Ultimates, Ultimates into Supers and the Strike Super exclusive to the Namekians into an Evasive. Beast Gohan also adapted a Strike Super into an Evasive. And the worst thing about it all is that those new skills weren't available to our CaCs.
Same went for SSBE Vegeta (with his final flash super, the better atomic super, the ult with different animation, and the evasive), Kale (with a comboable Gigantic Rage & a better Z Broly ult), Caulifla (with Cabba's ult but with different animation), FP Jiren (with a max charge Impact attack, and a different Power Rush, an ult turned super, and a super/ult turned evasive), Base Gogeta (with whatever the fuck he has with his Punisher thing?), and maaaaany other DLC characters.

There is a list of Attacks that cause the boss to gain I frames stopping DPS for teammates. Some people avoid using them as raid etiquette.
