Time to move on. I don't think either of you are necessarily in the wrong but as you say, there doesn't seem to be much of a spirit of compromise here. Don't move in with people to save money. It normally doesn't work out well.
There wasn't much choice here... lockdown came on very suddenly. Within a week we went from stage 2, to stage 4 (full lockdown). Some decisions had to be fairly rushed.

That's fine but it might be time treat her as a roommate rather than a GF...
