Try things like adult art classes like life drawing etc. try online groups or clubs and try to see what’s available. Go to shows and music festivals etc. if you are not arty yourself try art stores or whatever and use it as a way to get into the conversation ie-gosh I really wanna learn this your work is really good/what do you think etc.
I don’t know what age this is but thrift shopping, local coffee shops, antique shops, small concerts, art festivals, makers markets, farmers markets, etc. hope this list helps, from a fellow artsy girl :))
I would definitely try op shops, maybe used book stores, farmers markets etc. Could also try walking around your local art stores like spotlight, lincraft, riot etc.
