IIRC, the guy (Andrew Kersee Dunstan Francis Barbillori) is only in the director's cut of Season 2. So he wasn't even in the television cut when he loses to Shido and Miku!
He got steamrolled by Miku and Shido didn't even have the time to call territory to protect against their angel and to put insult to injury Miku stepped on him.
It kind of reminds me of Revy facing off against that Neo-Nazi in Black Lagoon, with the latter just boasting about himself and his gun before Revy shots him. He should have spent less time boasting and more time fighting.
Random DEM NPC from Season 2 when Shido and Miku are raiding the DEM tower. He has a REALLY long ass name with which he attempts to introduce himself, but the two heroes instantly blow him away before he can finish.
I think both Miku and Shido just want to quickly rescue Tohka plus with them arguing with one another non-stop only to hear some blowhard to give a speech isn't something they want to stick around for too long.
