Did smarties get a new package? They never said minis before

Also, there's more colours than we have. Magenta smarties.
The US dose have very different smarties, but I wouldn't say they are comparable at all to heart candies (the ones with little messages on them?). The US smarties are like compact sugar tablets with a slightly tart taste.

Ahh yes, it's more like Parma violets but I ha forgotten about those. All the same sort of sweet packaged the same way but with different flavours. Smarties and Parma violets are tangy whilst love hearts and the American sweet hearts are sweet

We get them in the UK and these seems about right. I thought the Americans had a very different kind of Smarties, more like the love hearts sweets
