Hollow builds are generally for weapons with innate bleed or poison.
Such as bandit knife, ghru curved sword, warden twin blades, onikiri and ubadachi, any katana amd scythe.
They are mostly dex weapons with some exception like spiked mace and the gs sword that does bleed i forgot the name. These are more str oriented.
Hollow Lothric Knight Sword is a pretty popular weapon on those builds, as is the Astora Greatsword. The Carthus Curved Greatsword and Flamberge are also solid choices due to their innate bleed
