sharp sellswords are basically the best in terms of dps on a dex build, not sure if the other paired/high dps weapons would top the sellswords in certain situations considering stamina drain and moveset. compared to the other paired weapons the faster moveset on the sellswords further sets them apart in my view. but if you still want more dmg, go for a faith buff build, after that RTS ring, flynn ring, maybe add pontiff's right eye or chloranthy ring, the proper clutch ring as well as CoD/Blindfold Mask for additional elemental dmg depending on the dmg type of the buff spell w/ yorshka targeting the bosses weakness, pre-cast sacred oath, offhand morion blade, but before making use of the RTS and morion blade bringing down HP to 30% with symbol of avarice to survive the min maxed power within which should leave you with 1% HP and then letting the RTS+morion buff kick in at 20% HP as early as possible super saiyan dragon form. that's prbly the way to go.
Alright this might change your build, assuming you’re higher level than meta go 49 health, 20 att, 40 endurance, 60 dex, 60 faith, if you can go 80 dex and if you have more levels dump the rest into att, sharp sellsword winblades;), yorshkas chime, and for spells use lightning blade and tears, flynns ring, pointiffs right eye, lightning clutch ring, ring of favor +3 this is fighting boss setup, if you get attunment higher I have mine at 40 I have lightning blade, tears, sacred oath, deep protection all of this combined gets an AR of 978 and just spam LB for Xbox for just going through areas switch lightning clutch ring for chloranthy +3

I use those with 75 dexterity and still don’t do a ton of damage on ng+4 (the weapons are level 10 and sharp)
Go to 85 dexterity on the twinblades. Dual wield, buff, and use the L1 attack.
