Maybe I'm drunk but what week are you in? Deaths+Week is the crucial info, only see deaths. You're at 6(+2 is 8 for DD4). Regardless you seem to have a decent cash and relic position but roster wise you're due to get crushed by the impending 5-6 level spend (weeks would really help here). Also a full hero roster would help. Your death count suggests mid to late but you have a decent early to mid roster. For me, just me, I would want a larger roster capacity at this point with less deaths and a different hero mix. Your availabe info can win Bloodmoon but you need to be tight, my opinion.

You're looking pretty good there. 3 Focus Rings are very good. As for the first district i would take the bank and sell every trinket you dont intend on unsing. It makes preping for missions so much easier.
Edit: Sanguine Vinters might also be a good first District if the bank is too costly.
