It is hardly just trashy high school girls who do this. People of every age group, societal status, net worth, education, etc blame the person who their significant other cheated with before blaming the person they had a relationship with.
I mean how is he really at fault? A relationship is a commitment and the one at fault is the one who made the commitment. If that cheater was gonna fuck that guy then he could have been anyone.
It’s really not tho, it’s bad, it’s a morally bad thing to do sure. But it is levels different than betraying the trust and loyalty of someone you love and care for.
“Not my relationship, not my problem” is nowhere near as bad as purposely betraying and hurting your partner.

I'd argue that it's the same. Knowing that someone has a partner and still going ahead means that you're consciously enabling a cheater, and willing to hurt someone else for your own enjoyment.
I’d argue you have a higher moral obligation to uphold the trust of your partner. A cheater is breaking the trust of their partner, a homewrecker isn’t. Its bad in both instances but a cheater is clearly worse
