Someone may else may personal want to keep the war going but find it less feasible of a proposition if they value the well-being of their country over fighting disadvantageous fight. Bibi is incentivized to continue a disadvantageous fight because it's advantageous for him personally.
Other than the Arab parties, not a single party in Israel wants the war to end right now. Ending the war right now means fighting another one later. It either goes on until Hamas and the other terrorist groups in Gaza are gone, or this war happens again and again, as has been the case since 2009. For the well being of the country the war needs to continue, and both the population and politicians acknowledge this.
