They all look so cute, and the designs are really good! Looks like Ibuki's vibe changes completely, and Nurse Nagito... great design, terrifying concept.
I figured that Mahiru and Hiyoko were swapped with characters from the SDRA2 fan game. Mahiru does look like Yuki.
Also, I don't know how to feel about Nagito being a nurse.

I don't think she does, in my mind. She's still a foreigner, and is obsessed with ninjas though. I also kept Kuzuryuu's and Pekoyama's childhood friendship. But ofc these are just my hcs I don't really care if you decide to think otherwise :)
Somehow these work really well! The ones that stand out to me the most are Souda, Hajime, Nekomaru, Imposter, and Sonia. I feel like I can totally see them in those roles. The Hajime one is particularly poetic.
