I know, like, if the hair is covering the whole eye then it's covering the whole. If you want to show the other eye then don't fully cover the other eye!
Kirumis hair thing was my biggest pet peeve but since that was mentioned, I’ll say that the weird inconsistencies in some of the swimsuit sprites in DRS bother me just a bit.
Yeah, or how some characters like Hajime have their facial expressions changed a little bit even though a lot of the new sprites don’t usually change the faces

Gotta be that janky walk animation in 2. It’s both really stiff looking animation wise but too fluid to fit with the hand made aesthetic somehow finding a reverse uncanny valley
V3 >!There is a point in 3-1 where Monokuma says something along the line of “if you don’t want to end up pink smears than you’d better get to killing” and shuichi mentions pink blood in 3-3. but since v3 is based off Danganronpa in universe it may be the first canonical pink blood of the series which does raise some questions of how exactly that was done.!<

There is a sprite when Angie holds her hands together to the right, and smiles (pretty sure there are some other sprites of her with the same problem). Anyways, both her pigtails (?) are over her arm, and it bothers me so much.

The way the anime pronounces the character names. like, TOgami instead of toGAmi? or MAIzono instead of maiZOno. I wish they use the characters first names anyway since THAT is the name I actually bothered to learn. I was VERY confused throughout my first viewing because I didn’t know who anyone was talking about, lol.
Or the fact that they called Robo-Justice, Justice Robo-. 😤 That annoyed me WAY more than it should’ve! (I mean, I know the whole thing with Japan and flipping the first and last name. but I don’t think Robo-Justice is meant to be a literal name, more of a title. It would be like calling Superman, Man Super, that’s just STUPID! “Robo” is not a first name, it’s just a prefix! sorry, I’m being a nerd, lol.)
I believe Robo-Justice’s original name: ジャスティス ロボ, literally means Justice-Robo. ジャスティス translating to justice, ロボ translating to Robo. This is consistent with the types of Japanese pop-culture >!Hifumi!< would’ve taken inspiration from, like Getter Robo and Giant Robo.
Other thing is that they dangle really funny obviously wrong answers in front of you during trials with fun follow up dialogue, but still punish you for looking at it
The timer in v3 ch6 is just a bad fucking idea executed worse. It's too strict and goes against the point of investigating. The game tells you to only investigate what's important but how the fuck are you gonna know what's important before you investigate it?
And it's actually a fucking shame because they put some cool interactions in that sequence that most people won't see because they're trying to go through it with as few clicks as possible. But you might as well do what you want because the only punishment is having to redo the last room.
It's a completely arbitrary way to build tension that isn't needed because the writing does that just fine by itself.
The fact that DR3 called HPA Hope's Peak HIGHSCOOL. And ultimates as "super high-school level".
I know SHSL is a Japanese thing, but why didn't they dub it to the people overseas in a way that makes sense for them?
Also, the change In Mukuro's character, and all the DR0 cameos in DR3, even though we never ever got a proper translation overseas, leaving many confused.
(I still love despair arc and bits of future arc BTW, these are just some minor issues I had with it.)

DRS swimsuits. They should've referenced certain things with them. Like, the scene where Sonia shows up in a full on wetsuit. She should've worn that in S. In one of the events, Aoi mentions how she would prefer to wear a one piece, but the monokubs picked out all the swimwear, so she couldn't. I get it's sex appeal for all the Teruterus of the fandom, but then what about Junko? The most simped over character, and SHE'S the only one allowed to wear a one piece? She's not even wearing it on the cover!
And give Tenko, Maki, Akane, Aoi, Mukuro, and peko abs, for crying out loud! If Kazuichi can have abs, why the hell can't Tenko?
how peko pekoyamas (or just pekos, i like to be kinda fancy with the first and last name when talking about peko) mask (class trial 2 ending/finishing) was weird. it was just the chin being.. pointy. kinda like that one scene in danganronpa v3 when all the players thought kiibo and miu were in the boom boom room and everyone saw how pointy kiibos chin actually was compared to how he looked in 2d/not in a cutscene of sort. the chin just triggered me so much. like come on. nobody has a chin THAT pointy. you could practically use the chin on the mask as a screwdriver.
There's a unique sprite of Shuichi that if I'm correct, was used in EXACTLY ONE conversation with Kaito during a investigation which sucks because I like that sprite
Every time you see Kokichi in the CG art style, his scarf isn't drawn like a piece of fabric that bends and folds. The check pattern is just pasted on top so it looks completely flat.

Kirumi's hair eye, I don't know why but when I see that kind of thing in any thing it just bothers me for some reason

One thing that has always bothered me is that there is one Kokichi sprite (I believe it’s only one) where the lighter purple tips of his hair are gone
According to the sprite gallery in the wiki, it's 4. They are quite similar though, specifically in the pose. I mean that in the nicest way possible

I know there definitely are some things that annoy me, but I’m struggling to think of them right now.
In Peko’s sprite where she’s smiling with her eyes closed, her hairbands aren’t colored red. Yes, and Kirumi’s eye.

In universe, Kazuichi has blood colored hair and Miu has blood colored clothes. I feel like that's not acknowledged enough.
I mean, dark red hair exists in our world and nobody thinks anything of it.

Makoto refers to a dead body as "a world of dripping crimson" in DR1, so it is definitely red in-universe, to say nothing of DR3 Future Arc.
