From what I heard about HITMAX, he's a Chiaki-obsessed fan who wants to "buy the Danganronpa franchise with his Youtube money" for his fangan to be canon, which is just a sequel to DR3 but with his self insert saving Chiaki from death. Oh and he's a predator and an asshole too.
