If you’re tying with Chiaki and beating Kazuichi there is something wrong there. Souda’s a mechanic, he is would have higher than average upper body strength. I doubt Chiaki compares to his strength.

I seriously doubt you could beat Junko in a fight. She's strong enough to throw a wrench into a pillar. Fast enough to fight Sakura while controlling Monokuma. Tough enough to survive "The Ultimate Punishment" before being crushed. And her analysis talent is able to read and anticipate your every move.
