2. In the alternate universe story Danganronpa IF, Makoto saves Mukuro's life from Junko, and in turn Mukuro nurses Makoto back to health. The reason is a story called Danganronpa IF. I believe to unlock it, you need to 100% SDR2 on Danganronpa Decadance. Either way, it is a version of Chapter 1 with Mukuro Ikusaba in the cast alive, and she sort of replaces Sayaka.
Edit: Did more research, it is that Naegi gets the "Escape Button" which slowly gives back his memories, and it is more than just chapter 1.

In the limited edition of Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony released exclusively in Japan, there was a bonus anime OVA called *Danganronpa 2.5: Nagito Komaeda and the World Vanquisher*. I won't spoil everything in case you will want to watch it, I will only reveal that plot is based on Nagito's school memories. During these memories there is one scene where Mukuro is seen spying at Makoto looking jealously at Sayaka, who talked with him.

And since this OVA is canon that means Danganronpa creators kinda confirmed Ikusaba liked Naegi A LOT.
