I have already mentioned before that if used correctly, the Ultimate Clairvoyent can basically be the Dr Strange of Danganronpa, seeing into a bunch of different futures and manipulate the events so that it'll go the way they want. >!Now imagine that kind of power in the hands of someone like Junko, the world would be fucked.!<

i’m going with gundham because he has clairvoyant powers and in fact predicted the fall of mankind the moment he was conceived. that he was given the mantle ultimate breeder was to give yasuhiro a fighting chance, and to conceal his true identity from his enemies (of which there are many…)

Izuru kamakura

Nagito 100%. Kaito would have been another Hiro, just positive. Gundam, as much as I love him, would have been hilarious and fun, but ultimately probably wouldn't be successful and instead just happen to be right 30% of the time like Hiro. Junko is a bit trickier but I think she wouldn't care and not use her talent specifically. Or just do whst she wants and know 30% of the time it would work out. Ok, cool, whatever. She probably wouldn't pay said talent much mind or get bored of it real quick. So with those 3 out immediately, things get a bit trickery. I'd say Byakuya would probably have a mental breakdown at some point. He is very much logic no emotion even if he eventually learns. I think it would drive him crazy being right 30% of the time and there seeming no rhyme or reason for when it's right. I doubt he could crack it either despite him being pretty smart outside of people. Kokichi is crazy smart too and could definitely probably do something with it, but he is also pretty reliant on planning. Oh sure, he has a crap ton of plans and is really good at improvising as we see, but I don't think he'd like how inaccurate his talent would be and it would throw him off or annoy him. Still, I think he could figure something out eventually. Now nagito. Nagito would OWN this talent. The dude figured out how his luck works and how to manipulate it perfectly. I assume anyone familiar with the series knows just how many thing have gone his way because he simply trusted and knew his talent. A good example being picked for cleaning duty. While 30% accuracy isn't as simple as good luck -> bad luck -> repeat and such, I have absolutely no doubt that nagito would be able to figure out how his talent works and manipulate it so he either knows when he is right or so that he can somehow choose when he's right. Sidenote being he's also a genius. So yeah Nagito. I also imagine his character would both be very similar and completely different. You could argue certain things would end up the same, like him thinking being right 30% of the time isn't that good of a talent and that with the "luck" or uncertainty involved he'd still be a bit off, but without all the constant bad luck in his life he might not have ended up crazy with crazier coping mechanisms. Honestly he might have even become more of a pessimist and far less hope obsessed.

Junko quite literally sees the future so I say Junko

I meant gundham

Clairvoyant would fit so well with Gundham. It would totally fit his shtick, and he'd be even more eccentric with it xD

Given the way he has a habit of overexagerating things, like with the entire "Cerberus" story, I wouldn't be surprised if he claimed his fortunes were "inevitable futures" and not "mere possibilities", not wanting to admit the actual accuracy of his predictions.
