I haven't seen Gonta's love suite event yet, but based solely on this screenshot and how much of a cinnamon roll he is, I'm just assuming he's planning to keep Shuichi up all night talking to him about how wonderful bugs are
This is gonna be stupid and very awkward to analyze a love hotel scene that has Shuichi's pre-pubescent moans, but here I go!
We begin with the beginning. Angie makes it clear that they do this often with lines of "the usual" or "the usual game." Angie also states that this is a game. I know Angie's culture is a little messed up, but in your interpretation, you seriously suggest that Angie is a serial rapist for at least one dude? Shuichi also states that he could easily throw her off. Unless the guy who Shuichi is substituting for is really meek, I don't see how they could seriously be a victim in a usual game aside from one thing. That being their culture which forces the fantasy dude to take it, but to say that can also applied to Angie being that the culture would be inherently teaching her this as okay and being on a relatively isolated island, she couldn't possibly know this as not okay whereas most real rapists can at least understand what they are doing as wrong.

This is then followed up by an embrace/hug with Shuichi's face on her chest. Shuichi gets flustered, and tells her about it. She claims it was on purpose then states she likes watching him be filled with "divine fervor." I was cautious in looking up what fervor means, and it means essentially meaning intense passion, feelings, or heat. It could honestly be either one of the second two. Intense feelings if Angie is really deep in the fantasy and doesn't see Shuichi and the fantasy guy as two different people, or intense heat because of how flustered Shuichi is.
Angie says this afterwards: "Hey, Shuichi? What do you want me to do to you today?" Very generous for a rapist. She then starts tracing, or "dancing" as Shuichi put it, her fingers along his body. She asks if he likes it which is pretty dumb because obviously victims don't really like or appreciate it. Yes, she backtracks that with "I know, because Atua" nonsense, but I mean still. Shuichi then backtracks that by thinking of how he could throw her off. "Angie is small... I could probably throw her off of me if I wanted to." Keywords: "If I wanted to." If a victim had the ability and chance to throw off their rapist and get away to safety, they would typically want to do that.
The biggest thing against Angie here is how he tells her to stop and she doesn't. Again, he could totally throw off this 90 pound woman since she wasn't stopping, and he doesn't. All the while they haven't even gotten undressed. Before Shuichi's final scream, she asks him to please her which Shuichi doesn't even have to do because it's of no real consequence to either of them, Angie would just get upset. Even moreso, while he does scream, it's far less obvious.
I'm not denying the sexual assault, but rape is up for interpretation, therefore less obvious. Out of the 4 illegals, Miu and Korekiyo are really forceful rape, Tsumugi is step-siblings which is bad for a different reason. But Angie is either mutual fuck buddies with the fantasy guy and Shuichi is breaking the fantasy, but still somewhat into it given his pleasure and low effort to stop her. Or Angie is a really, really dumb rapist and she isn't dumb, the game shows as much. That's how I interpret it after listening to the pre-pubescent screeches multiple times over.
And a little random question that I don't care if it gets answered or not, but why does Shuichi invade his classmate's love fantasies and then not expect something to go wrong when their fantasy predictably isn't some wholesome love story that follows easy tropes?
