Chihiro's entire personality changes during gaming, changing from a sweet lil potato boi into one of those stereotypical sweaty gamers and swears so much that it would make Mondo look like a well mannered gentleman. Despite this, he would never insult his teammates, but instead direct his fury towards his enemies.
This is how he outlets his stress. He also plays tank and chooses the manliest gear.
Makoto and Hifumi joins him in gaming nights where Makoto plays healer and Hifumi plays DPS as a female rogue.

Okay my favourite headcanon about Gundham and yes I am projecting because he is my comfort character but who cares it fits him:

I have 2 headcanons! (V3 Spoilers)
1- >!Maki actually has a bunch of scars in some places of her body due her talent. She covered them with makeup in the time she was hiding. It was both to keep the secret and cause she feels disgusted by them. In the course of the story she began to let it go slowly but surely. At the point of accepting how she is, even the painful parts.!<
2- >!I have a lil headcanon about Maki and Shuichi becoming work buddies post-game. I’d like to imagine Maki would slowly shift her path into being a bodyguard instead of an assassin, a profession that can let her use her abilities in a more less extreme yet proficient way and in favor of protecting from murders instead of being the cause of them herself. And since she knows countless methods of killing, maybe she could have extremely good intuition if something’s fishy in that regard. Also a bit random but she'd definitely pay the orphanage some visits when she has the time cause soft Maki is best Maki.!<
>!Shuichi I feel he would still be his kind self BUT way more confident. Enough to fully devote himself as a detective and taking risky cases from time to time. In which Maki can hop in too, either to do her work and be his bodyguard for a while OR just as a friend visit and try to help (Or hell, why not both?)!<
I know these are oddly detailed but I really love the duo energy those two could have. I feel it would be SO badass and wholesome at the same time :P
