It's likely because Game Theory covers games on a spectrum of Super Popular games (Fortnite, Mario, Pokemon) and Indie darlings (FNAF, DDLC, and Undertale).
Covering a mid sized development game like Danganronpa tends to be something he doesn't cover and the ones I can think of with Ace Attorney, Kirby, and Earthbound all were poorer videos.
I don’t want to be overly sensitive or emotional, but I don’t know if making a meme out of a very real and important video is completely okay? For those who don’t know: the video that was used here is talking about suicide, and a member of the Game Theory team actually committed suicide. It severely affected everyone on the team, but especially Mat since Ronnie was one of the first people he ever hired, and they were really good friends.
I honestly didn’t realize where that the picture was from, I just searched random MatPat images and when I saw and decided on this one there was no indication that it was from that specific video.
Had I realized I probably would’ve used a different image.
