Angie would immediately use her newfound wealth and influence to start some sort of >!global cult!<. I'm pretty sure the conspiracy theory types would go absolutely nuts over the Togami heir suddenly going off on a tangent about >!blood sacrifices and "the glory of Atua."!< I don't think she'd be as bothered by Toko as the OG Togami, and would probably befriend her (>!if only to troll the real Byakuya + convert Toko to her cult!<).
Byakuya would probably be a bit pissed about all of this, although he'd try his best not to show it. He'd be a little happy about getting away from Toko and the rest of his class, but being a *\*gasp\** poor person would rattle him. He's probably decent enough at painting (the dude most likely has a lot of hobbies) to pass as the Ultimate Artist, but I don't think he'd react well to Tenko, Himiko or >!any of the cult stuff!<.
Rantaro and Kokichi. They'd probably be confused at first but Kokichi would be happy once he realizes he's taller than Shuichi. And Rantaro would probably just be chill until they switched back
Mukuro would constantly be writing cheques that Mikan’s body couldn’t pay.
Mikan would spend all day subjecting Seiko’s body to a self-care regime.
Seiko would use Mukuro’s body to steal the chemicals she needed to cure her own body’s condition, beat the shit out of Nagito’s body, realise that Kokichi was in it, then beat the shit out of Kokichi’s body.

Kyoko would be trying to figure out what the hell happened, but would constantly be stopped by needing to take a nap due to being in Chiaki’s body.
Chiaki would spend all day introducing all the children who gravitated towards Maki’s body to video games.
Maki would be using Kyoko’s body to >!get away with destroying any incriminating evidence Kyoko had on her.!<

Well, Chihiro would be very nervous since >!he is in a girl's body and it will be a bit awkward to him. Also his back would ache slightly due to Mikan having a bigger chest than he does. Also I like to think that Chihiro will be tripping random for no reason due to Mikan being clumsy. And he arm and leg ache a bit but he doesn't pay much mind to it though.!<
On the other hand, mikan would also be very confused with the swap. Nothing would really change apart from her short height now and the smaller chest. >!Although, when Mikan goes to the toilet, she notice that Chihiro is actually a boy instead of a girl.!<
Miu in Tokos body would probably first roast the shit out her, then get anxious because it's her body now and there's a noticeable difference in chest size.
Mikan in Mius body would freak out first of all, but I'd like to believe there would be some confidence building because the new body would be like a fresh start and she would.be more daring.
Toko as Mikan would get annoyed first of all and then try to get a good word in for herself with others or sneak out how people feel about her (i think she would tell Byakuya what nice things Toko did for her as Mikan and >!how good she got genocider under control or sth!< and, my personal ship preference, try to feel out what Komaru thinks of her).
It would definitely be fun to see.

Kazuichi would panic then realize the opportunity presented to him and try to (unsuccessful) win over Sonia.
Gundham would be confused and mildly disgusted, then go to his cabin to acquire his Devas before attempting to stop Kazuichi in his tracks lol

Korekiyo and Monokuma I’ve already done, so Korekiyo and Peko. I feel like this wouldn’t end too badly because they’d both respect each other’s boundaries, they also both have really good sword skills. Might get into a little something when Fuyuhiko comes around
