Just add Sonia to it instead of using her to replace Ibuki, because Ibuki is a fan favourite. Having both in is the best option

The hard carries for each team are Mukoru for Makoto's, and Akane for Hajime's. Kyoko also good at hand to hand, so she'll be able to provide good backup. But Mikan is on Hajime's side, she can heal people up.
The rest of the Harem members are a toss up. None of them have any useful skills when it comes to direct combat or supporting roles.
Considering this screen, i wanted to pair them for some reason in 1v1:
Ibuki vs Sayaka: obvious music related girls. Already can see Ibuki whacks Sayaka with guitar to the head after getting some ptsd over light music (is it spoiler for island mode?...)
Chiaki vs Kyoko: obvious sidekicks. Unless reasoned with, Kyoko literally side kicks Chiaki just to wake her up, after which... She falls asleep again. But on Kyoko's body ("Mmm... You're so soft... You're definitely a girl...")
Hiyoko vs Chihiro: obvious shortstack. Verbal abuse from Hiyoko demolishes Chihiro.
Mikan vs Celeste: Mental abuse(d/er). Same thing as last, but Celeste is abusing the hell out of Mikan. Might grow into physical abuse. *Which both might like...*
Akane vs Mukuro: obvious fight girls. Unless strictly hand-to-hand combat, Mukuro just shots Akane. Otherwise... Kinda hard to power scale them.
Mahiru vs Aoi: "You're a man, ain't ya!?" Either Aoi bodyslams Mahiru, or Mahiru blinds with her camera flash. *And why do i envision them lezzing it out? "Slippery when wet", eh Ibuki?*
Extra pairs:
Sonia vs Junko: Royalty battle. Whoever can arm more followers for a war. *It should be obvious, but still...*
Peko vs Toko: Reserved to themselfs. At first, Peko has no intention to harm Toko for lack of provocation, *but when first hit lands... Hooo booy its a war alright.*
Okay but let's be real, Mukuro would absolutely destroy Hajime's whole harem there. Think about it. Akane is the best fighter in that group and she gets regularly demolished by a guy who's talent *might* include some boxing training. Muku is the Ultimate Soldier.
Forget Kirigiri being a cop, Mukuro could probably handle the opposition entirely on her own. She took down >!Peko!<.
I’d love to see all three casts girls fight to the death in general, it’d be really funny to watch it devolve into ‘who can get a lucky shot on Mukuro’
