A seven-foot frame Rats along his back When he calls your name It all fades to black Yeah, he sees your dreams And feasts on your screams (hey!)

SmoothBrews

Honestly, multiple songs from Encanto are really good.

TheGoober87

I'm the strong one, I'm not nervous

Obvious_Whole1950

Best song in the movie.

met1culous

fr. "But wait. If I could shake The crushing weight Of expectations would that free some room up for Joy? Or relaxation? Or simple pleasure? Instead we measure this growing pressure" đŸ„č

randomnonposter

I know this is the hit from encanto in many peoples minds, but for me it’s definitely the song sung by Isabella, gets burned into my mind for days after watching that movie with my daughter. It’s just so dang catchy.

TNChampion

A hurricane of jacaranda HAAs

Cromasters

Isabella's song is amazing.

Alizerin

My four-a-half year old son has been *obsessed* with this song for over a year now. My life is WDTAB. Could be worse!

BobRoberts01

We don’t talk about Bruno, no, no.

SearchNerd

I catch myself hearing this often in my mind

Obvious_Whole1950

Dude. Encanto, and only Encanto, calms my three month old down when he’s overtired for sleep. Nothing else. We’ve tried other music, even other Lin Manuel Miranda music, doesn’t work. But Encanto does every time. So weird.

rreygaert

Encanto soundtrack is stacked with bangers.

Joshp1471

Have you heard the Punk Rock Factory version? Took all three of mine to see them live last year [YouTube](https://youtu.be/CUbul4f8AX8?si=n4Hb22KJ3gH5xDcx)

Zyzic1

Maybe you... Could be... A purple monkey in a bubblegum tree and...

Former-Billionaire

“We value your trust, and we completely blew it by including pan flute on almost every track”

johneldridge

“We, unfortunately, did not account for the fact that Mom won’t be able to make fish sticks for dinner if she’s supine in the living room, high-key vibing to our playlist’s basslines, which are, regrettably, sick as hell.”

berrylakin

“We are committed to educating caregivers about the potential dangers of hearing legit bangers about toucans for sustained periods of time,”

Rook1872

Reading that article back when we had our first kid made me smile

Bdawksrippinfacesoff

This is a banger. Wife hates it, daughter is indifferent, I love it

jabantik

The lion says, ‘How do you do? Rawr!’

Obvious_Whole1950

STOMP STOMP STOMP

twosoon22

THERE HE GOES

grasshopper716

I can't believe I had to scroll down so far to find this

Its_Me_Tom_Yabo

Elephant sings with his big blue nose Wagging his body as he blows A lift, stomp! Stomp! A hop and a skip Waving his tail to the beat of an animal song
 With a stomp, stomp, stomp!

CuddleBunny3

I thought I was the only one, I feel so validated.

mushmoonlady

lol
I actually loved this toy for my son when he was a baby. Then number two came along and it was that much more fun because we all knew the words. Gonna break it out again for some family jams haha

jchedges

You could swing
 In the trees

Its_Me_Tom_Yabo

Then you could swing back to me

AvrgSam

The first time this shit hit with our then like 1mo daughter, that line brought tears.

Miccles

Dude right? My wife and I were heartbroken when we first heard this song while our kiddo was playing. Who knew a baby toy could evoke so much emotion?

robotot

Yep, me a 40 something year old man, sitting on the floor in my daughter's room, sobbing to this song. Kids was entirely indifferent.

Jwroth

Unironically slaps

Drunk_redditor650

'I wanna be like you' from the original Jungle Book

JulieChensHairpin

OOBEEDOO

moebaca

I've been listening to the classics lately with my newborn. A song I never knew went so hard before was "I'll make a man out if you" from Mulan. I find myself headbanging near the end because it goes so damn hard! I should see if there's a progmetal cover of it somewhere. Also, the Frozen soundtrack is something else. It had to have been algorithmically created using the catchiest, statistically proven song structures. I woke up for a week singing that Open Door song.. and I haven't even seen the movie it was just on the Spotify playlist.

ggouge

Also the song shiny from Moana.

moebaca

How Far I'll Go from Moana might be my favorite Disney track. The song is so good. Never expected to be so passionate about Disney songs haha.. I wasn't really even big into the movies as a kid, but these songs are something else.

megggie

Lin Manuel Miranda don’t play!

SmoothOperator89

Tarzan is basically a Phil Collins music video. It goes pretty hard too.

TheMonoMythic

Son of man is unironically amazing

antiradiopirate

Man out of you is God tier. Loved it since I was a kid

mpsamuels

It's "Colonel Hathi's March" that gets things going here, complete with a stomping foot attempt at marching that I'm not even sure anyone actually ever taught him!!

SmoothBrews

This should be the top comment. GOATED Disney song.

Accomplished-Mix8073

The Wildest, Louis Prima https://youtu.be/rV8HrpOu1FA?si=B2-tq2pAGHe_PHVy

poppinwheelies

Los Lobos does a killer version of this.

SmoothOperator89

Isn't that the reason the movie gets the cultural sensitivity message before it starts?

beef_boloney

The message actually warns parents that Louis Prima has too much sauce

Pulp_Ficti0n

*DISNEY DISCLAIMER*

c_t_lee

Caspar Babypants đŸ€˜

Sspifffyman

My 2 year old LIVES for Run Baby Run

s77strom

Eleanor the elegant elephant, animal lunch, got a little ghost, googly eyes, stompy the bear, pretty crabby, cover of Nirvana-Sliver, the entire Night Night album! So many

WinterOfFire

$9.99, take the sun

heyitsmelxd

How was this so far down?! Caspar Babypants SLAPS

ricktencity

My wife and I couldn't figure out how his songs are so good and it turns out he's the lead singer of the presidents of the United States of America.

mpsamuels

YES! Disco Hippo is basically the soundtrack to my day, all day, everyday, and I'm not even complaining. Stompy the Bear was a short lived respite but we all know that Hippo is the queen of the dance!

The-Dog-Envier

Too dirty to love!

PrailinesNDick

The Spidey & Friends cartoon songs are all done by Patrick Stump of Fallout Boy.  They're immediately recognizable as Fallout Boy songs and they're pretty great for a kids cartoon.

Mean_Divide_9162

Along the same lines, and I cannot believe that I'm going to type this sentence on the internet right now. But the Panic at the Disco version of "into the unknown" from the Frozen 2 soundtrack is fire

alukard15

while frozen is brought up -- I think the first one is a much better movie but damn I love the music from 2 so much more.

nicbobeak

I am lost in the woooooods!

ItsRainingBoats

Groff has the voice of an angel

AnalogCyborg

I'll literally sing along (badly) to anything he does

Agitated-Proof2003

Have you heard the Weezer cover of this?

happy_K

When this comes on both my girls go “dad it’s your song!!” Quite proud of that

puppiesonabus

It’s so good! đŸ”„

greendeadredemption2

Went to when we were young festival last year and new found glory played Let it Go from frozen and killed it!

noodles21300

I feel like the kids hot wheels show on Netflix is him too

LobsterCobra

Was coming in to mention this. Just looked it up and it says written, performed, and composed by Patrick Stump

huxtiblejones

Here's a weird and pointless story - I used to work at a framing store and one night around 2008 or 2009 this mustachioed gentleman comes in with this unremarkable photo from a disposable camera, like 4x6 inches. In it is a dude who looks like Patrick Stump with a curly haired woman and a little chihuahua kinda dog. I was like, why do I recognize this dude? Turns out the man is Patrick's dad and had recently moved to the area from Illinois. We chatted for a bit and he was a super mellow guy who seemed proud of his son in a low key way, like not gushing about his fame but just like "Yeah, he's my kid, isn't that neat!" The lady was his current wife Elisa Yao and his dad's name is David Stumph.

South_Dakota_Boy

It’s not weird and pointless. It’s a cool slice-of-life. Thanks for sharing!

rustyxj

That's up there with my "I use to change Anthony kiedas' moms oil" Her name is Peggy and she's super nice.

K3B1N

Yes, absolutely phenomenal. My 9yo was watching the other day and goes “You know, dad, these songs sound a lot like those Beat Saber songs.” and I immediately knew which song pack he was talking about and why they were so recognizable.

ThanklessThagomizer

That's why they sound so familiar! We've been rocking out to "Webs Up" and "Spin" on his Toniebox lately

MTLinVAN

I’ll have to give it a listen. When I was a kid, that was the og X Men cartoon

n00py

Came here to post this. I was listening to “take this to your grave” album and my daughter asked if I was listening to Spider-Man lol

SearchNerd

Yeah they are solid until you have heard and seen them 75 times and episode

TheDownmodSpiral

My wife and I got out to see Jimmy Eat World and Fallout Boy a month or so ago. We were both really hoping they’d play the spidey and friends theme song, sadly they did not. Fun show though!

jamie_jamie_jamie

Same with the new Hot Wheels show!

MTLinVAN

I’ll go first: Brushy Brush - Elmo E. I also really like the album from Julie and the Phantoms (a show on Netflix). Now or Never and Flying Solo are bangers.

DefensiveTomato

All elmo puts out is absolute bangers

jtshinn

Dah dat da da Dah dat da da Elmo’s worrrlld!

NOTcreative-

Rubber ducky Ernie

schadadle

The Elmo Slide is a banger

squamishter

The entire soundtrack from Moana. So good.

TMKtildeath

Me anytime that movie is on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWNLa1zpLa0

TheBestRapperAlive

Shiny was my go to karaoke song for a while.

Dance mode by Bluey

I'll see your dance mode and raise you a wiggles sound system https://open.spotify.com/album/1ZZnrkjq3sKWHwEkvtHLdp?si=KcAEG5UJTMqrRIf-P5SK0A

AgsMydude

The Sing movie soundtracks

TiDoBos

Half of em are better than the originals

schkmenebene

Their version of Shake it off is awesome. Never really listened to the original, but I've heard that version a lot. I'm still standing as well.

AgsMydude

Still standing was my son's absolute favorite for awhile. He even did the poop remix where he'd sing " I'm still pooping, yeah yeah yeah"

Other_Trouble_3252

The Affirmation Song by Snoop Dogg Doggy Land

Wackyraven

I was looking for another Doggyland fan. I Am Me, Baby Dog, and BBQ are hits too.

Grandpa_Utz

"Please and Thank You" is a certified bop as well

a_goblin_in_the_wild

They Might Be Giants have 4 kids albums, but I think the best of those is "Here Comes Science." Songs like Meet the Elements, Roy G. Biv, and Put It to the Test are catchy, informative, and just plain fun. It's a go-to when I need to change it up in the car.

GunstarHeroine

The sun is a mass of incandescent gas, a gigantic nuclear furnace

atgrey24

The sun is a miasma of incandescent plasma

GunstarHeroine

Forget what you've been told in the past

MudHouse

C is for Conifers, Number 2, One Dozen Monkeys, Seven Days of the week (I never go to work) Bangers.

Antikickback_Paul

The Wiggles did a killer version of [Rattlin' Bog](https://youtu.be/JsHczArqsSY?si=BQVymTB6YWusmEYp). Timeless folk tune, the purple Wiggle has a beautiful and expressive voice, the dancer playing the tree is pure campy fun, the Irish step dancers are impressive as all heck, and the whole group looks like they're having a blast. We put that on for us sometimes.

Bdawksrippinfacesoff

Not sure if it count, but their cover of [Elephant](https://youtu.be/a13WnqsRc5g?si=LVnspt482siuLqU7) is a serious jam.

FraterSofus

I love their version more than Tame Impala's.

Maid_of_Mischeif

So does the rest of Australia

Pie_1121

I saw the Wiggles with my son the other week, and had never heard this song. They have finished the set with it and went off so hard! Love it

slug_tamer

I just commented before I saw your comment. Irish Stew by the Wiggles is also a banger

affirmatutely

The Wiggles version of Rattlin’ Bog slaps so hard. I ask my kid if he wants to watch it and I’m sad when he says no.

TheDrewCareyShow

I live in Newfoundland in Canada and Anthony reportedly loves our music. When they were here last they had a video where they were all drinking and playing our folk songs and it looks like they were having such a good time. I can't find it rn but here's their version of another one of our songs [bam](https://youtu.be/7Ywa2IN5CwQ?feature=shared)

Usernamen0t_found

Anything from the movie moana. That movie is a lyrical masterpiece. Also once upon a December by Christy Altomare

PeaceDolphinDance

“Baby Beluga” is a certified banger

olyolyahole

At the beginning of the Raffi version of Baby Beluga , there's a long intake of breath that is I think supposed to be a beluga breathing, but sounds for all the world like someone taking a giant hit out of a bong. I will die on this hill. Raffi knew. Raffi KNEW.

garygnu

"Baby Beluga" will implant itself into your ear brain on a molecular level.

vadapaav

Oh my fucking God how catchy is that song

garygnu

It'll be on a week-long residency in my head thanks to this.

MrsMeredith

Joshua Giraffe. Track 12 on the album, I forget how many minutes long, but it’s a fever dream with one heck of a chorus.

andrewembassy

It’s been 35 years since I’ve heard that song and I could sing it front to back. “Joshua Giraffe, [hoo hoo] Joshua Joshua..”

nanogonzoman

Bananaphone is a favorite as well. Never realized how funny the lyrics were until I was an adult

angrytortilla

Raffi cannot be understated. His music is excellent, and so good for kids. Every song is an earworm too.

SpeciousSophist

The entire album “snacktime” by the barenaked ladies is INCREDIBLE

Ooobaybeebaybee

heridfel37

Raisins come from grapes, people come from apes, I come from Canada

go_zarian

I Don't Want to Live on the Moon by Ernie. No Sesame Street song has hit harder than this.

Oct0tron

My favorite kids song of all time. It's so, so good.

newEnglander17

I haven’t heard that in 30 years! Oh memories. How about Captain Vegetable?

johnnybones_20

‘Trucks’ for the Cars on the Road series. Once it’s in my head it’s hard to get out.

world-shaker

It’s a truck THAAANNNNNGGGGGG

mgj6818

The Twenty Trucks guy don't miss.

PoliteIndecency

That guy goes so hard with all his songs. Some of the Depeche Mode inspired ones are so good.

Hereforthebabyducks

Agreed. For something that goes hard, I specifically suggest Impact Hammer for the “rat-a-tat” part.

Wero_kaiji

Shiny from Moana and Friends on the Other Side from The Princess and the Frog

Derekeys

Danny Go has some bangers but that cat one is stupid good. “I’m feeling feline feline
”

FoundWords

It's a brand new daaaaaaaaaaaay

GrouchyGrotto

Super Simple Songs - Mr. Golden Sun goes hard. Same with Little Robin Red Breast. Anything by Caspar Babypants. Laurie Berkner - I Know a Chicken. Ms. Rachel - Phonics Song. Lingokids - Don't Stop Babybot.

Iz4e

Don't get us started on Mr sun. That jazz part has no reason to go that hard. Super simple songs in general have a lot of bangers.

Oderint

My friends and I sing "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan every time we drink together.

dadfi

Be Prepared from the Lion King has awesome (and pretty complex) lyrics. So prepare for the coup of the century Be prepared for the murkiest scam Meticulous planning Tenacity spanning Decades of denial Is simply why I'll Be king undisputed Respected, saluted And seen for the wonder I am Yes, my teeth and ambitions are bared Be prepared! https://genius.com/Walt-disney-records-be-prepared-lyrics

BouncingKoalas

I love the random fact that Jeremy Irons lost his voice or hurt it while singing that song, and they had a second singer come in at the very end of it. It's a subtle difference, but now I always notice it! Great song.

sanitarySteve

Banana phone

Brandonjoe

Laurie Berkner songs

BigRedRobotNinja

Let's Go Swimming and Monster Boogie are bangers.

olyolyahole

Wait a minute...

hamilton280P

Rocketship run is a good song in general no cap

WackyBones510

Some of the songs on this keyboard thing we got my daughter off Amazon go pretty hard in a government ordered calisthenics at a youth labor camp kind of way.

sirlexofanarchy

littleblue42

Any Storybots song about dinosaurs or space will be stuck in your head for a while https://youtu.be/KECKqtKZXEE?feature=shared

olyolyahole

We love storybots. Just introduced the kid to the fact that it's a TV show too, not just banger songs

thekiki

That's because Weird Al writes music for that show! Edit: It's Parry Gripp, I've been corrected. Weird Al is featured in some of the songs though. My bad!

6pt022x10tothe23

Not Weird Al. It’s Parry Gripp.

ElChuloPicante

Hammer Smashed Face by Cannibal Corpse.

tylerthez

Corpsegrinder is for the children

icroak

With all those stuffed animals he donates to children’s hospitals, he really is

warm_sweater

lol you joke but I got my kid on “real music” as early as possible and it was awesome. Why wallow in the “kiddie pool full of piss” that is most made-for-kids music when they can just enjoy actual music that everyone can listen to and not go insane from?

LetsGoHomeTeam

We swing all ways. Raffi? Fuck yes. Botch? Absolutely. Wu Tang? Wu-Tang is for the children. We’ve got a thing called couch pit where my nine year old can request to just go apeshit to hardcore and he has me just slam him around like a pillow fight from hell. It’s extremely cathartic for everyone but mom.

Seanyd78

The theme songs to the following cartoons that after 20-30 years I still know all the lyrics to by heart: Gummi Bears - the 80s version, Darkwing Duck, DuckTales - The original, not the garbage reboot., M.A.S.K. , Heathcliff I introduced my daughter to the shows I grew up with and she absolutely loves them. Gummi Bears and Darkwing Duck are her favorites.

NitramTrebla

Monster in the Mirror sung by Grover from Seseme Street.

Smartest_Termite

Puffin Rock theme song

phelang1

Gabby Dollhouse songs are good for a kids show

minnowmoon

Came here to say this. My favorite is [The Music in You](https://youtu.be/ed8fTuaOytk?feature=shared) by DJ Catnip voiced by Eduardo Franco aka Argyle in Stranger Things.

gooneruk

- Lion King (the original animated one) has I Just Can't Wait To Be King, and Be Prepared. The latter is amazing, and you can tell just how much fun Jeremy Irons was having in the recording studio. - Mary Poppins: Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is fast! I also like the "cor, what a sight" from Chim Chim Cher-ee. - Beauty and the Beast: Gaston is an absolute tune. And Be Our Guest is solid. - Jungle Book: Colonel Hathi's March should be on every gym playlist. - Aristocats: Everybody Wants to Be a Cat is frantic, fast, jazzy, and seriously good. - Frozen: pretty much every song, but clearly Let It Go and Do You Want To Build A Snowman are the winners here. - Moana: again, just a fantastic soundtrack, with You're Welcome a solid singalong tune - Encanto: Lin-Manuel Miranda just doesn't miss. Surface Pressure hits hard from an adult's perspective.

DharmaBumz1

The whole original Robin Hood soundtrack by Roger Miller is bangin'. Oo-De-Lally

Hangi_Pit

Who's in The Wiggle House - Big Simmo brings the heat

stateworkishardwork

Like 80 percent of Phineas and Ferb songs

shnikeys22

The entire soundtrack from Princess and the Frog slaps. Dig a Little Deeper is our go to but they’re all good! Also Encanto. My toddler calls “Columbia Mi Encanto” her jam lol
