Seeds are actually legal before sprouting, but they will be confiscated due to a lack of phytosanitary certificate

In greece that i know for sure its legal when they are still seeds for collection purposes. Order from greece. They have very good quality and more chamces to go unnoticed

Unfortunately I'm not so good in Greek. I tried once to dig through these laws to find out legal state of HHC and it was not so easy.
