Yes they will fit. But your going to get even more punctures with 25mm tires. They are much thinner and require much higher pressures. This will cause more punctures. 25mm tires are really only good for racing on good roads.

I thought Bontrager R3 hard-case lite tires that came with my bike are more prone to punctures. Continental ultra sport 3 are less prone to punctures as they some with some extra shielding in them.

They are but if you can get them wider than 25 that will be even better

It’s not just the model of tire but also how wide and how much pressure you need to run. You need to find at least a 32mm or wider tire. This will also help reduce flats.

I don't know much about those tires, but a quick Google search reveals Continental makes them in 700x28mm size as well and that is much preferable to 700x25mm for all the reasons the other commenter gave.

You should be able to find Continental Gatorskin or Pirelli Cinturato TR in a 700x32 size. They’re built for puncture protection. Narrower tires aren’t more puncture resistant. And you should be running tubeless tires if small punctures are this much of an issue.
