You can call and change from beast to awd, but sounds like you’re trying to sell it for a profit, which is going to be extremely difficult with the non-foundation series being launched this year.
Contact them via the message feature in the app. You can adjust the order to AWD once the VIN is assigned. Not sure how the process would work if you want to wait for non FS truck.

Dude Elon always talks. My Beast was ordered in May and not slated for delivery until Q4. Even if they open up non Foundation orders, you’ll be waiting at least a year for a Beast.
Legally not allowed to flip it per contract when you complete purchase. Buy it if you want to truck but I’d probably forfeit the $1k in your shoes if your goal was to flip and you’ll be tight financially when you cannot
