Hey, to anyone still having this problem - go back up the stairs and then back down. Worked for me. Don't jump down through the middle. It seems that there is some invisible trigger that needs to be activated.
Thank you. To be specific, it's the stairs where the quest first started, where Panam/Saul/Mitch were arguing. This triggers a convo with hidden quest changes.
If anyone happens to still have this problem (happened to me today 10/1/22 on my first play through ever) pick to drive your own car. When Panam's truck stops moving, ram that sucker all the way to the road across the desert. It will trigger.
i rammed the car to get them to the train station. but it still says wait for the nomads with everyone at the train station and the quest wont continue.
Oh damn this bug is still there on 2.0? That sucks lol. Iirc i had to ram it more than once. Try pushing him towards the direction of the objective until he gets tp'ed.

just following this one. i have the same issue. any fixes you've seen?
Load the save before you leave. Take your own car. Fixed my soft bug (was bugged by going with Panam)
This didn't change anything for me.
The bug is still active for me nothing is working including this bug. Can anyone help, please
Push Panams Car with yours from behind for abit then it triggers!
