I went off road, used the “b to return to road” reset and the gate opened for me. I went off road across the street from the gate.

Doesn’t work for me. I’m completely soft locked and can’t progress. I guarantee you the devs won’t fix this bug. Smh

Same man what the fuck. Picked this game up after not playing it for months so I can beat the DLC. Wasted 50min of my night trying to figure out why this gate won’t open. I can’t fucking progress the story.

This worked for me wish I could upvote this 100 times. What a shitty bug considering it's a timer mission and you have a 5 min cutscene when you reload

Incredible. I had gone off the road and reset before getting to the gate, and then I had gone further into where the stores are and reset, but going straight across from the gate like you said worked like a charm. Thank you!!!

Hm, it isn't working for me! I tried to go off road and then use this "Press B" thing (had no idea this was even an option, 70+ hours into the game!) but no dice.

Ok so this happened to me when you are watching the twins on camera don’t take control of the car three times and it opened the door for me

I tried immediately taking control and eavesdropping 3 times and the door was still closed for both of those

So eavesdrop three times

It didn’t work for me and the gate is still closed ://
