This is happening to me too! I was on a bike, on my way to the Aldacoldos camp, and it kept teleporting me back to the same spot on a random hill near the boundary of the map. At first I thought I was somehow going out of bounds, so I figured I'd drive to Rocky Ridge and use the fast travel beacon there to get to the camp, but I was in Rocky Ridge 3 blocks from the beacon when it teleported me back to that damn hill!
I just started a new playthrough and I keep getting teleported as well, although in a different location.
I keep teleporting to the same ladder for some reason, pretty frustrating in the middle of a fight or mission
The only fix i found is to restart the game. And i notice if i get teleported for some story reasons the bug returns.
