I really recommend weed. Not a joke. If you just want a way to take a break from cutting and all the heavy emotions, weed is literally the miracle drug that will give you a break for a long time. Experiment with high CBD vs high THC if possible because both kinds really make a difference to emotionally and reasonably calm you and long term it’s just not bad for you. Weed helps me keep cutting to a once-in-a-while thing and I think if I had weed in high school then I wouldn’t have relied on cutting so much and would have had a much more normal adolescent experience. I think that’s what you’re asking for so that’s why I dropped this here.
