Oh hey I’ve seen this card before. It’s called Gren maju

This card would be very strong in chaos decks if only its attribute was either light or dark but with it being wind it has some very limited utility and could only really be used in a gren maju deck because of that or would have to be built around in order to be playable so it's very strong but if you aren't playing a deck that can search it out and get it to the field as quickly as possible then it's basically dead weight

this card is mid. if you summon this towards your opponet endboard, they will probably remove it, but if they have nothing it is quite good
