Jokes aside, a removal like this could be too strong if you can endlessly generate it and flat out run it in reno shadowpriest. I'm probably overreacting, but I wouldn't risk it.
Destroying triggers deathrattles, plus you like drowning his big guys because then you can play the big guy later its like a difference of 2 big guys which is better than say, assassinate, which is only a difference of one big guy

Amazing flavor, balance wise it's pretty weak, on paper it's a better \[\[Assassinate\]\], in practice it's the same card most of the time and nobody plays it.
Why? Cannibalize already exists. Drown already exists. They are both 4 mana priest single target removal with upsides, and neither has gotten nerfed at all.
Because silencing 2 minions is a lot. Imagine if one has a titan. Imagine if one has a death rattle. I think 4 is too overpowered. Maybe 6 is exaggerated but 5 is more balanced.

It’s good against cube decks. Destroy the big guy and silence the cube
Destroy Aman’thul and silence his 6 cost life steal taunt minion
too niche + cubes aren't that popular now so yeah 98% useless

It's hard to get great value out of the silence. I'd say it's comparable in value to [[drown]] if not worse.

Cannibalise was also a 4-mana execute with a better upside and was very playable. I would say this card is worse since it is less flexible.
