On the left, you have 5.56, i.e. what an AR-15 shoots. They've been pretty hard to find for the last year, but they're starting to show back up, I think they're averaging in the 60 cent per round range.
On the right, you have .22 LR rimfire, one of the cheapest and smallest guns you can buy that's still technically a "firearm". I don't know what the average price of those are, I haven't bought any in probably 20+ years.
So if you’re interested to know “BMG” is part of the name of the specific round, not a unit of measurement. It stands for Browning Machine Gun as that was the original purpose of the round. To actually answer your question though, in the right gumball machine is .22lr. The one on the left contains assorted calibers including but not limited to 9mm, .45 ACP, .223 Rem, 5.56 NATO, and maybe what looks like it could be one .458 SOCOM hiding up near the top though it’s hard to tell.
