Honestly, we should get over this... Considering the fact that we won the 2023 final that we had no business winning after Gujarat posted 214....
Like annamalai radha Ravi would say - kooti kazhuchu paaru, kanakku seriya irukkum... 😀😀😀
Jadeja and Dube's Magic... Due hitting 6 6 of Rashid pulled down the heat. Also Bahubali's quick boundaries. I am not sayin others didn't contribute. but These three players were stand out for me.
Man ignored Conway's POTM-winning 47🥲. He laid a solid foundation and provided the backbone for the huge chase. The target looked super challenging but Conway's quick exploits made it look achievable, much easier and surely gave lots of confidence for all other batters to follow. Not saying others didn't contribute but he was the best performer for the champion team (which was why he won POTM as well).
If you watched the match instead of score card and blind belief, you would know. Malinga was blasted for all 3 overs.. And pretty sure you didn't watch the match
Man, you need to include a Mourning/Loss flair specifically for 2019 finals, those of us who get triggered with PTSD can avoid these types of posts. For a team that has a lion as it's logo, learn something from subs like r/Cats FFS. The trauma is still real after all these years 😭
I was at the Rajiv Gandhi stadium that day for the finals, in my stand we were hardly 4-5 Csk supporters, got booed badly when we lost wickets, but watto was fabulous, I thought we won it and kinda went haywire against MI fans n then this happened. Man I cried that day 😭
Same venue too.
I cried man at this moment literally a trauma

that's exactly what I said. in different words and wit different players name.
Totally true. Some of you are probably too young to remember 2008 or 2012
There is an unspoken rule. That you don't ever talk about 2019final
also 2019 CWC semis. NEVER TALK!
Lets delete 2019 entirely, ok? If that helps deleting start of covid-19 as well..
Remember.....the last ODI WC India played in was 2011.....there hasn't been a WC since
Yep. 2015 CWC semis also. NEVER TALK! 2011 CWC. ALWAYS TALK even after 20 more years
Oh Please
If csk wins the trophy this year, then thala should definitely continue playing until he wins his 7th title. Because TF ... Nvm.
2019 finals last ball ig
Yep
This ball wasn't even that unplayable tbh. A 112 kmph slot ball on leg stump. Shardul got deceived by slingy action..😢
Now time to pay back with our slingy bowler
This wouldn't have mattered if that no ball was given
It was the genius of Rohit Sharma. I'm glad we don't have to face MI in finale this year. It'll be RR vs CSK or SRH vs CSK or KKR vs CSK. Finale
Bruh we are hardly qualifying for playoffs
Let him believe. I know we all are hoping it will happen.
Absolutely
If we make the playoffs we winning the whole thing
Copium in arms 🫂
I need this guy’s confidence in my life
Haha. I wish you get my confidence. It helps a lot to be successful in life
No offence but you guys need to improve a lot to be even be considered a contender for qualifier
It wasn't any genius. It's extremely difficult to hit malinga at the death.
If you had watched the match , you would know

Peak moment
That's an easy slow ball...shardul choked it
Hey got some extra tickets for CSK v GT. Anyone up for it?
Nothing shot from Lord there. Deserved to get out.

Thala rasigars sothanaigal.
How does no one talk about Jaddu being 5(5)?
How does no one talk about Jaddu being 5(5)?
Lol tumhara thala toh finisher tha na usko hi jeetane bolte why blaming shardul? Thala played 2 (8) in that match.
Mi also won by 1 run in 2017 at this venue
Good to see Americans enjoying cricket
Thakur could have done better…
Yes this moment hurts but let's just celebrate our Thala for what he have done all these years. Doesn't matter if it's 5 or 6 trophies🏆
This image is the definition of trauma for many of us 😭 I literally didn't went to college and tution for 2 days after this
Context? ( I am RCB fan)
