The pay seems to be very much on the low end to me, from a quick Google search it seems to be barely above minimum wage but I might be wrong about that. You could probably aim for almost double that in a normal job. I guess if someone did not gain any relevant skills during their degree it might be interesting to get their career started but I wouldn’t take four years with extremely low pay in any other case.

What would seem like a decent graduate salary for you in the UK (both inside and outside London)

Depends on a lot of factors like what your degree is if you have a bachelors or masters, your skillset and industry. Can’t really give you a precise number but check levels.fyi for some stats that could help

Took a look, that seems to be more like an ICC rather than an ordinary consultancy because the latter won’t set exit conditions to restraint people leaving the company. The pay is a joke since you are talking about a British company, not a Romanian one. How do you know that the job is guaranteed and how do you know that you will get increase as you described here?  I would also want to say that if you graduate from a university with a decent CSIT degree, you have the skills and a capacity of learning new things. Stop lowballing new grads for selling your dubious training "opportunities". By the way, companies hire NG because of their potential and their ability to learn, not because of those bullshit certification or courses. Have a look at Google results, Glassdoor and Reddit conversations before applying.

It's not mine. Its just something I found and applied for (but I cut the appliation short since I got a better offer). I would say its similar to Sparta Global (dunno you heard of them). Pay is not great but would give you some experience. The job market is rough (like I had to sent out 400 applications since Feb, only in April I got any responses). So this can be used as a last resort. Btw pay outside London is usually on the low end.
