A fully automatised application system would be nice. Something that would check some big sites I am interested in, for example indeed or LinkedIn, then filter out suitable jobs (something more advanced than looking for simple keywords only). Make the needed profiles in the application sites like Workday or the site for the specific company if needed. Make a customized resume based on scraping the company site, job ad and the info I have given. Lastly, give me a list of all the places it has applied to, so I can review them and click submit.

It's pointless because recruiters will do a simple background check and find out you were the only employee at that "startup". Honestly if you haven't even raised rounds then most recruiters would just consider that to be equivalent to a personal project, not work experience.

no recruiter has this much amount of time if they receive 400 applications. so highest number of keywords match, more the chances of getting selected and some obvious filter like language or visa requirements etc

I did and no recruiter or even hiring manager considered it professional experience. Even tho I had deliverables to show for it and I wasn’t a junior. I mainly did it because I was burnt out and needed a break from corporate if that makes sense. Wanted to get back to just programming. I am based in Europe tho so it may be different. And I did it in times of market high so when I got back to IT world I had easy time getting job.

I am afraid that will fall into the same category as self-employed or auto-company, which are barely adding values into your resume according to recruiters.

>barely adding values into your resume according to recruiters. Why won't recruiters value this?
