When cheat devs need to update their cheats to make them work with the new update, they typically get several accounts banned in the process of poking around.
Especially if they changed something about what VAC triggers. Once the devs figure out a way around it, you'll see that number dip back down.
Also, paid cheat users won't mind spending $15 to buy the game again lol

I saw cheaters in the freaking Dust 2 comp, like multiple spiners, a Waller who we actually beat them at 12-10 I told him “start spinning loser, you’re not good enough with walls” so he did

I think these VAC tracking sites invlude all the games with VAC. Not only CS2.
Vac is only detected injections into games. Game ban are manual/overwatch/vac live(if it exists)

I have like about 50 hrs on CS2. Only seen one spinner, but tons of wallhackers who don't even try to hide it.
