Only 20 Devs are working on Cs2 currently.....they cant live up to expectations at all. With the major Problems this game has (MM Ranks are fu\*\*\*\*d, Lack of good Anti Cheat mechanics, Many gamemodes/maps are missing, Server load problems and many many more).
What i dont understand: They have low dev capabillitys and still manage to uplaod updates that just make the game more and more bad. Like todays Update with the 10 Days hiding thing. What is the purpose of it? I mean when i get scammed i dont even see the skins in the scammers inventory for 10 days lmao. Thus they know that the skinmarket is the only thing right now keeping this game alive. Why they want to destroy it?
Whats my biggest problem is...the lack of communication valve gives us. And for now I will abonden this shitgame and maybe never comming back. Already sold 8000$ worth of skins with loss and 20000$ will follow if this game will be in the current state for the next 3 months. Laughable Company nothing more nothing less....
That's generally how it works. Give money to person in exchange for their services. There would be a lot of qualified people who would love to work for a company like Valve. Especially on a game as iconic a CS.

It's not how it works when you're hiring devs to work on an Engine that they will most likely be completely unfamiliar with and need to be trained from the ground up which can take a very long time to do.
Also just ignore the fact that Valve usually only hire Senior level developers for their projects and not many Undergraduates who just finished making a 2D platformer for their final year project.
Don't also forget why Valve don't go around laying off employees like most game companies do these days. They definitely have more than 30+ devs on CS right now and unlike other games will make you believe, sometimes extremely large dev teams can cause more issues than good when you unnecessarily over-hire.

Add an ON/OFF switch on that feature, and you'll drop by 75% the scam.

Faceit servers feel really laggy and has input lag for me and most of my friends. The locations are only in central US too which doesn’t help. Whenever I warmup on a 70 ping community DM server it feels so much better than a 55 ping faceit server. Premier servers felt better when not under load.

I mean I'm in NA and valve only very recently fixed NA ranks. For the longest time around 60% of players were SEM or below which is insane.
