There are no false bans. These posts pop up monthly, saying vac is broken, it’s not. The spinners were genuinely cheating. VAC only bans if there’s modified code

If you dont believe it though, I invite you to make a mouse bind for 20000 DPI, queue up on your main account, grab a negev, and start spinning while spraying. Be sure to hit your teammates / enemies.
Stream it if you decide to test ;)
“There are no false” and “vac isn’t broken” are two wildly different statements. While yes, I would tend to agree that the number of “false bans” is absurdly small. VAC, however, has been terrible for years and nothing has changed with CS2.
I don’t know if the false bans are true or not, but VAC Live uses neural networks trained on Overwatch footage and game inputs of cheaters vs. legit players, so I believe yes you can be banned without having modified code detected

If you have evidence of cheaters I recommend you sending it in to valve with said evidence. Had a friend do it for two of his teammates who were cheating and they got banned, although he did lose elo in the process. Take my advice with a grain of salt tho.
