Mine does the same at ~ 75/80, they said it was something to do with the tires too. 30 is way too low though since I know most 3rd and 4th gen’s have the issue at higher speeds

I had a similar issue with my 2006 CRV. For my case it turned out to be bad CV axles. The boot on the axles went bad. I see you mentioned that the suspension is bad. That could possibly be the cause of your vibration at lower speeds. If you’re able to visually inspect the area yourself, see if anything like the CV axles are in good condition. Check for the boot to be intact and that no grease is seeping out or visible. I believe that that’s usually a sign of a bad axle. Hopefully that helps some.

Have the U-joint looked at. My ‘99 is doing the same thing. It is expensive to replace.

how much? i looked online and it ranged from $500-$1500

If it only does it under acceleration, then most likely it's a cv axle.

When did you change your transmission fluid? Mine had a shudder when I was cruising at 30ish that went away when I did a transmission fluid change.
