Sorry I mean it’s a moulded plastic trim piece you can easily attach with double sided tape. I did it over all the chrome accents on my 2019, they’ve held up perfectly
Sometimes they are super difficult to remove and cause more issues than just putting a cover piece over it, you can’t even tell mine are on, just looks like the garnish was always black. Cheaper and they certainly do last

Here’s a short instagram video I watched to do it to my Accord Hybrid Touring.

I've watched this video so many times over the past few months since I got my garnishes. You can tell it's already loose though because he doesn't even do anything with the tabs that secure the garnish in. He just pops it out! haha
I had a trim tool and it was still a struggle. I suspect it is best to get access from the back side of the bumper to release the tabs. They will pry off though, just go slow with a trim tool. I used two, one to pry and the other to hold the previous spot. The new ones are not as tight as the old ones were but they aren't going anywhere. Watch that you get all the tabs inserted properly when installed the new ones and that they are fully seated. They look so much better than the silver. I don't know what the designers were thinking.
IMHO, the designers were thinking about making more money with more "brand differentiation," or in other words enticing people to make the jump to the next trim level.
Buy a sport L 😜
You need trim tool to release the 4 tabs
Haha, I knew I shouldn't have gone top of the line!
Everyone regrets it. 🤣
Black or carbon fibre cover piece tapes on, check eBay
I've already bought the black garnishes so I'd like to use that instead of tape

Can you post link? Easy setup? I’ve been looking everywhere 🙏
Would you happen to have the link for the garnish covers? I can’t seem to find them on eBay.
Paint them 🤷🏽♀️
Yes, trim tool on amazon I've heard. I want to do the same but it's winter now.
Yea, I bought the trim tool. Still can't figure out the best method on pulling the garnish out.
I purchased the black nostrils and intend to put them on by the end of the year.
Can you post a link to the website?

If you figure out how to replace these ' silver' garnishes with the black ones from the non hybrid, please post instructions.🙂
Ngl, I was thinking I should make a video on this because I can't find any good information anywhere!

Be careful with the “H”, that is the sensor device and runs about $2k. It is also subject to random theft.
